Physical Scope

The QMS applies to all physical locations and facilities where processes and services related to the quality of products and services are carried out, including but not limited to the headquarters in Munich and customer service locations.

ICT Scope

The scope includes all information and communication technologies (ICT) used to support processes, products, and services related to the QMS, including but not limited to:


Systems & Software Platforms: All internal and external systems and platforms used for process management, project execution, and customer interaction.

Cloud Services: All Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions used to manage data and business processes.

End Devices: Laptops, mobile devices, and other IT devices provided by the company and used for QMS-related activities.
